We recently went on a fun trip to the coast (Brookings, Oregon).  We had a great time except that Henry was pretty sick.  Cole and Josh have it now . . . but anyway, we managed to have a good time regardless and I was happy to be able to just hold Henry and be with him (instead of being at work . . . away from him when he wasn't feeling well!).  We had off and on weather, but enjoyed it all.  Maisie loves the ocean so much she somehow doesn't notice how cold it is.  She went swimming in the ocean right after a hail storm . . . the rest of us were bundled up in coats and hats and all that.  Crazy!

We rented a little house on the beach with my Parents.  Josh's parents happened to be at the coast at the same time, so we spent some time with them as well.  Fun, fun.








The kids were sure they had found a treasure map . . . it was really washed up cardboard, but with a good imagination . . .
  It was too cold for the two Chihuahuas (ours and my Mom's) but not for Maisie!
